GIVEAWAY and Review: GeoPuzzle World

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

My son was so excited when I told him I had something he was going to help me review and it was a puzzle. My 4 year old loves puzzles! We review the GeoPuzzle World from GEOToys. The puzzles if for ages 4+ and while he is a newer 4 he needed a little help it, but I think he will be doing it by himself easily before he turns 5, but I like I said he loves puzzles and had incredible tenacity when it comes to putting them together. This puzzle is 68 pieces.

As you can see from the back of the puzzle box, there is a variety of different geography puzzles they offer, including the World puzzle we received. Other geographic area puzzles they have include, but not limited to, Latin America, Asia, Africa and Middle East, Europe, U.S. and Canada and more.

But it's not just puzzles they have to teach children about geography; they also have a variety of board games, card games, globes, blocks, marbles, colorable backpacks and much more!

Many of the pieces are cut in the shape of the country or a group of countries, as you can see from the picture of the United States of American puzzle piece below.

It was quite a good lesson for me as well to learn geography. I used to be much better at geography when I was in school, but that has been quite a while already and some names and geographic regions have changed since I had learned about them, but here were other areas I was just not as proficient in.Through continued use of putting together this puzzle with my son I am sure to get better, as is he.

Look how proud he is of the puzzle we put together. Because of the geography knowledge piece it was probably the most difficult puzzle we have put together but from increased practice and familiarity with geography, it will soon be a piece of cake.

You can buy this puzzle and more from their website, or it is also available from Amazon along with many other GEOToys products. It is actually $1 cheaper (at the time of this post) and free Prime Shipping from Amazon.
