I make an Apple Banana Nut bread that I substitute applesauce for the oil and greek yogurt for the sugar. I eat it at lunch topped with nut butter, sliced bananas, honey and chopped nuts. Maybe I'll try blueberries instead of the apples.
ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with banana bread, so I'm excited to try a clean version! Can't wait to make this!
ReplyDeleteBlueberries are by far my favorite! I've tried a recipe last year for bread with blueberries, but never with banana's also. I will have to try this! Thank you, I have pinned for later. :)
