Changes to the Lowe's Build & Grow Clinics

I have mentioned Lowe's Build & Grow Clinics on my blog before. They are a free activity for a parent and child(ren) to build a new wooden object (often it is a toy.) They have recently been revamping their program and responding to surveys they have asked parents to take about the program.

If you have gone the past few months, you might have noticed that the coupons to Chuck.E.Cheese were included as well. That was supposed to go through May, so I don't know if we will see that going forward in to June.

What I did notice that will be starting with the June Clinics is that you have a choice of TWO clinic days/times. The usual Saturday at 10am clinic is still offered, but there is also a Sunday at 2pm clinic offered (at least for the next two clinics.)

The next two clinics are of the Madagascar 3 items (this movie opens on June 8th.)

June 9 (10am): Monkey Powered Plane

June 10 (2pm): Monkey Powered Plane

June 23 (10am): Luxury Assault Vehicle

June 24 (2pm): Luxury Assault Vehicle

After the June clinics, you will notice that the partnership with animated movies will continue and in July, kids will be building toys from Kung Fu Panda and in August it will be toys from Shrek.

Check out all 6 movies themed wooden toys here.

The projects featured on the website right now are for a Race Car Bed and an Outdoor Chalk Board. They do change they periodically, so check them out.
