These are the potted flowers that my son is giving to his ECFE teachers. We just went to Lowe's and I let him pick out which flowers he wanted to pot up and we bought some little pots and some dirt and came home and helped me pot up all three.
My daughter started growing this plant from seed in February for her science fair project and at that time we had decided to keep growing the plant so she could give it to her teacher. I think we got the timing right on this one because it shouldn't be long before it develops a flower. And she drew her a picture of flowers and wrote "Thanks for Helping me Grow!" on it.
