I decided I would make my own one of these when I went looking on pinterest for a generic fill in certificate like this so that my daughter could fill in for a present she was giving (to her friend to take her on a trip to the MN Children's Museum) and couldn't really find anything. I also thought this would be perfect to give to Dads for Father's Day and fill in with a chore the kids will do or fill in with a place they will take him to for a meal, treat or fun field trip.
I went the route of making it this marble color for 3 reasons - 1) I thought it looked more certificate-like, 2) Would be a nice background for a certificate for Father's Day and 3) (probably the most influential at the time of creation) I was running low on ink but knew yellow based colors were printing well. Can't fault me for that!
Who do you think you would give this to and what would they get on the certificate?
that is a really great printable. I could do a lot with that one.
