Make It Monday: Grilled Portabella Topped with Meat Sauce


Lunch time doesn't have to be complicated. Take this lunch for example - I just grilled a portabella mushroom and topped it with leftover Slow Cooker Meat Sauce. We had the sauce the night before over Zucchini "Spaghetti". Both were delicious ways to enjoy meat sauce.

  1. I haven't had grilled portabella mushroom in a while. Used to be a favorite food of mine, especially as a sandwich.

  3. This sounds so good! I actually have a bit of leftover sauce in the freezer that isn't quite enough to make a dinner out of. I'll have to remember to pick up some portobellas the next time I go to the store.
