Grain Free Peanut Butter Cookies
1 egg
1 C peanut butter
1/3 C honey
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix together all ingredients
- Scoop out dough to make 1" balls
- Using a fork, press in the above pattern
- Bake for 8 minutes
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes
- Enjoy!
