Slow Cooker Healthy Peanut Butter Brownies
1 C black beans, pureed
1/2 C apple sauce
2 extra ripe bananas, pureed
1/2 C natural peanut butter
4 T honey
2 T ground flax seed
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 C old fashioned oats, pulverized
1 T cinnamon
Directions:
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- Pureed, grind and pulverize ingredients as directed above
- Combine all ingredients in a mixer and mix until blended
- Pour in to a slow cooker and turn on LOW
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Enjoy!
We served ours with a scoop of fat free chocolate frozen yogurt.
Wow! Peanut butter brownies is something my husband would be all over. Chocolate and peanut butter are two of his favorite things and making this in a crockpot! Cool! I love using my crockpot!
