It's so fun when I can tell you about a product that is tasty and can it in to your diet. Today I am going to tell you about Thomas'® Bagel Thins® Bagels. These were available at my local hometown grocery store. You can plug in your zip code at the top of the Thomas'® website to see if they are available by you. Otherwise you might want to try out Arnold® and Oroweat® Sandwich Thins® Rolls or Pocket Thins® Flatbread that are also only 3 PointsPlus Value under the Weight Watchers plan.
I want to share with you a few ways that I enjoyed the Thomas'® Bagel Thins® Bagels to give you some ideas of how to have them!
Healthy Sandwich: Make your bagel thin sandwich healthier by piling on the veggies like spinach, tomatoes, pickles, raw zucchini slices and masked avocado. Mashed avocado makes a healthier spread for your sandwich and it adds a ton of delicious flavor.
Breakfast Sandwich: Top your toasted bagel thin with scrambled egg and cheese (I prefer muenster cheese) and why not add some fresh spinach and tomatoes to add more color and flavor.
Quick Mini Pizza: These are super simple! Top a bagel thin with pizza sauce, add pepperoni (or your other favorite toppings) and top with mozzarella cheese and toast int he toaster oven until cheese is melted.
Tuna Melt: Mix 1 can of tuna with 1 T of low fat mayo. Split the tuna mixture over 2 halves of a bagel thin. Toast in the toaster oven for 1 minute. Top with shredded cheese and return to toaster oven until cheese is melted.

I thought these were so unbelievably tasty. My grocery store only carried the Thomas Bagel Thins n the plain variety. I really want to try the 100% Whole Wheat variety, which fits better in my diet choices. The Arnold and Orowheat products were not available at my local grocery store, which I think is because they are not regional to me but their sister brand is. I am hoping to find the Thomas' 100% Whole Wheat variety at another store and am going to put in a request at my local store than they carry it. Did you know as a shopper you can request they carry something? It doesn't mean it will happen, but if they have customers going out of their way to request something they are more likely to consider carrying if than if you said nothing at all.
