Monday: Banana Walnut Oatmeal
Tuesday: 2 Van’s Power Grains Waffles
Wednesday: Protein Fruit Smoothie, Whole Wheat Toast and peanut butter
Thursday: Egg Muffin with a Light Thomas’ English Muffin and a 1 whole egg and 1 egg white (either scrambled or fried)
Friday: Scrambled Eggs (1 whole egg and 2 eggs whites) with ½ C broccoli, ¼ C green onion, ½ mushrooms
Saturday: Oat Protein Waffles
Sunday: 2 pcs Turkey bacon, 3 egg whites and 1 C strawberries
