  3. I think greek yogurt would be fine. Just make sure you have real greek yogurt by reading the label to make sure they aren't adding corn starch and other things to it.

  7. I don't typically use almond or coconut flour, so I can't comment how well it would work, but I think it would be ok.

  12. About how many people does this serve?

  13. I used greek yogurt, 8 hours was a bit too long. I stopped it at 7 hours and had to add a more beef broth as it was too dry. It was delicious and a hit with the kids! Will definately make again!

  14. I LOVE this recipe so thank you first of all! I tried greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it curdled ruining my entire pot! I advise against it lol

  15. If you add the yogurt at the end (30 min ish prior to serving on a low setting) it will work and not curdle :)

  17. The flour is just to thicken.. so I wouldn't use coconut or almond.. use arrowroot powder

  21. Does the meat have to be fried first? I see other stroganoff recipes that place the meat uncooked into the crock, and wondered if the same could be done with this recipe?
