It's no joke! These bites have no added sugar, no eggs and no flour. All healthy and whole ingredients. This is a wonderful clean eating snack recipe. Do not confuse these with cookies though because they do NOT have that texture.
Banana Oatmeal Cookie
3 bananas, mashed
1/3 C apple sauce, unsweetened
1/2 C almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 tsp pure almond extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 C old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 C raisins, unsweetened
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and blend well. Allow to sit for 10 minutes to allow the wet ingredients to soak in to the oatmeal. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
