Friday 4-Part: Quick Lunch Ideas #1
I just used leftover organic veggie pizza sauce as the sauce layer (you could buy pizza sauce, but why not use-up something when you can) and top with you favorite toppings. I used mushrooms, onions and cheese.
You could make this a clean eating recipe by using whole wheat (or homemade clean eating) English Muffins.
Make this a lighter version by using Lite English Muffins.
