I decided I needed some kind of focus and challenge for my Fitness Friday posts and then this #ActiveLivingChallenge through Lorna Jane, Move Nourish Believe and Fit Approach came up.
Each day we are directed to post something on Twitter or Instagram that they are challenging us to do. And then do a re-cap at the end of the week. Since I do my Fitness post on Friday, I will have to update it after the weekend with the other items.
