Making Broiled Grapefruit is easy, healthy and tasty.
- Set oven to broil, allow a couple minutes to heat up
- Cut grapefruit in half and place in a baking dish (line with foil if you like)
- Using a sharp knife, cut around the edges and across both ways to make it easier to release the fruit from the rind
- Drizzle maple syrup over the top
- Broil for 5 minutes
- Serve immediately
