Easy Broiled Grapefruit

Making Broiled Grapefruit is easy, healthy and tasty.

  • Set oven to broil, allow a couple minutes to heat up
  • Cut grapefruit in half and place in a baking dish (line with foil if you like)
  • Using a sharp knife, cut around the edges and across both ways to make it easier to release the fruit from the rind
  • Drizzle maple syrup over the top
  • Broil for 5 minutes
  • Serve immediately
  • Enjoy!
