Ham & Pickle Roll Ups (Low Carb!)

If you are from Minnesota or Wisconsin, you probably recognize these as a favorite here in the Midwest. They are simple and tasty and people like them.

It's only 3 ingredients: deli ham slices, pickles and cream cheese. All you need to do is lay a piece of ham flat on a cutting board and spread softened cream cheese over the top. Then insert a pickle or pickle spear and roll it up. Cut in to slices and serve. It's that simple.
