Love Cooking Company has set out with a mission to make baking a simple task. Partnered with some great names in the baking and entertainment industries, Love has crafted bakeware that helps you easily achieve the best-looking baked goods on the table, from filled cakes to bite-size desserts and more.
The PushPan is a 100% watertight and leak-proof cake pan with a patented silicone-lined removable base making it perfect for cheesecakes, pies and more! An alternative to a spring-form pan, you simply place the pan on something sturdy, press the sides down, and voila - the perfect cake! The PushPan also comes with a 25 year warranty.
The Mrs. Fields Cutie Cakes pan creates 48 bite-size cakes when you need a small amount of something sweet. It's ideal for savory options, like mini corn dogs or potato pancakes. After you create your tiny treats, just pop the pan in the dishwasher.
The Mrs. Fields Fill N Flip is the easiest way to make a layered cake and create a surprise center that everyone will love. Once you bake your cake, add filling to the side with the large opening, place the non-filled layer on top, and enjoy! Plus, the pan is dishwasher-safe, making clean-up a breeze.

GIVEAWAY and Review: Sili Bake Pastry Mat with Measurements
Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.
I just love using silicone mats when I am baking. It means I don't have to use cooking spray because it creates a non-stick surface. Sili Bake Pastry Mat takes it a step further by making the mat even more functional by including baking measurements. 2 edges on the outside have inches along the side and the other 2 edges have centimeters along the side. These will come in quite handy when you are cutting out cinnamon rolls or cookies from a log. And in the center of the mat is circle measurements so that you can make just the size of pizza crust, pie crust or artisan loaf bread that you desire.
On the left side of the mat is also recipes for pie dough (crust) and sugar cookies, which are probably the 2 most popular items that you need measurements for and will use this baking mat for. They are right there on the mat you are using and no need to have a cookbook taking up additional space in front of you.
On the right side of the mat is also conversion charts, I know I will sometimes come across a recipe that has ingredients listed in grams and then I have to go get the computer and look up the conversion. Those will be very handy for me. Also there is conversions for temperature, as well as liquids.
One more feature I am going to tell you about that I like using it for when I am baking is spacing. I made Coconut Flour Drop Biscuits (recipe blog post to come on 6/30/14) and I knew just where to place each one of my scoops so that they made perfectly round biscuits and did not run together. I dislike when end up having my cookies or biscuits too close together and they end up running together and create flat sides on the sides that touch rather than nicely round cookies. Plus they are also measurements so you know how big a 2" and 3" cookie should be. Definitely a very nice mat that I am very happy to have. You can buy a Sili Bake Pastry Mat with Measurements on Amazon. At the time of the post, they were selling there for $16.99 and have FREE Prime Shipping.
Product Description from Sili Bake :
Pastry Mat for Baking with Measurements for Pizza, Pies, Cookies and Sheets of Dough. Silicone of Highest Grade FDA Certified. Sticks to Countertop, Durable and Reusable. Non Stick and Non Slip. Displays Weight, Oven and Liquids Conversions Right at Your Fingertips.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

Thrifty Thursday: Cooking Classes at Lunds and Byerly's
Have you ever wanted to try a cooking class but the cost was off-putting or not in your budget? Lunds and Byerlys grocery stores across the metro offer cooking classes for $15, but you get a $10 gift card to Lunds/Byerlys to use after the class. So, your class is really only $5. That sounds like a bargain to me!
They offer a variety of classes and I noticed (at the time of my writing) that there is still room in the classes this weekend that include:
Or perhaps one next week called Gluten Free Club Sunday Dinner. I was looking at a few others I found interesting called: Oktoberfest, The Butcher and The Boar, and The New Midwestern Table that were all sadly already full. So, don't wait if you find a class you are interested in. Get signed up! Now that I found out about these awesome sounding classes, I can't wait to schedule a MNO to go try one out!

Make It Monday: Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
This is what I made for the cookie exchange this year. I would consider them more like a candy than a cookie, but it works.
Peanut Butter Balls Recipe
2 C Creamy Peanut Butter
3 C Rice Krispies Cereal
3 C Powdered Sugar
1/4 C Butter, Melted
20 oz. Package of Almond Bark
Directions:
* Melt almond bark in a double boiler.
* While that is melting, mix together peanut butter, cereal, sugar and butter with a stand mixer.
* Roll mixture in to 1" balls then dip & roll in melted chocolate.
* Place on waxed paper and allow to harden.
* Makes 70. Enjoy!

Make It Monday: Reindeer Noses
These are a fun & easy holiday treat! The hardest part is not eating too many Rolos while you unwrap them. Did you notice I made a bunch of Rudolph Noses and one "regular" reindeer nose - I was trying to be clever. :)
Rudolph Noses
Bag of Rolos
Circle Pretzels
M&Ms
Directions: A bag of Rolos has about 4 dozen Rolos in in, so you will not need a whole bag of pretzels or M&Ms, unless of course you want to buy more bags of Rolos.
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner. Assemble noses with Rolo inside a circle preztel. Bake for 3 minutes to slightly melt them.
Press an M&M in the top of melted Rolo. Allow to cool. Enjoy!

Gingerbread Reindeer Cookies
Aren't these just adorable?!?!?!
Plus they are easier to make than gingerbread girl and boy cutouts.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Using your favorite gingerbread cookie recipe or a mix, make the dough
- Roll a spoonful of dough in to 1" balls and place on a greased (or lined) cookie sheet
- Flatten down ball with the bottom of a smooth glass
- Bake for 8-10 minutes
- Quickly press in to place mini chocolate pretzels, chocolate chips (eyes) and cinnamon candy (nose)
- Allow to cool, the chocolate will melt on the hot cookie and after it cools that melted chocolate will keep the pretzels attached to the cookie

Earth Week - Day 3
Today, I took a 2-mile walk with my son & some new friends. The baby boys slept through us getting tot he park, so we didn't stay to play. There was lots of outside play again and I hung a load on the clothesline. We're still doing good on using the g diapers, but I am using a regular diaper at nighttime. We also went to a local park/lake to pick up trash using the pick-up sticks my husband made last year.We still haven't gotten around to either egg carton craft I had planned. Can't do everything all the time.
