Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes
2 oz cream cheese
1 packet stevia
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter rest for 2 minutes before cooking. Spray a hot non-stick surface with cooking oil and cook until edges are browning and bubbles are forming over the top and the top starts to firm. Flip pancake and cook until browned. Top with a berries or a berry sauce or try Nutilight Hazelnut and Cocoa Spread.
* I did not receive any product to review. I bought the Nutilight Spread and am recommending it as a pancake topping that does not contain sorbitol and is Non-GMO. It is MUCH less sweeter than Nutella and you really taste the hazelnuts and the cocoa in this spread.
