Savory Breakfast Flatbread

Savory Breakfast Flatbread
1 Flatbread (Aldi's has a 2-pk)
2 T butter
4 oz softened cream cheese
1-2 T bacon crumbles
1 green onion, sliced
1-2 T parmesan cheese
1/2 c halved cherry tomatoes
3 eggs
Season with salt, pepper and parsley

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix together butter and cream cheese and. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over Flatbread. 
Sprinkle bacon, onion, cheese and tomatoes over the top.
Create 3 divets in the topping and crack an egg in each.
Season the top with salt, pepper and parsley.
Bake 14-15 minutes, until egg has set.

We all have a provincial breakfast one day I had a Savory Breakfast. We should always lighten the province's breakfast, even though I eat mostly bread.A friend of mine who CV writing in Dubai May used to eat a lot of junk food which made him sick.
