Fitness Friday: Favorite Fitness Reads This Week


Ok, I admit it....I have been uninspired this week to write about anything fitness related....so I am looking to help inspire you by giving you some ideas of other Fitness Reads from other bloggers that I have read this week.

I am going to have to check out the plank exercises. I have been pretty uninspired as well this week, and pretty much most weeks before this one. Time to get up and moving right?

It is a great idea to get insipiration from others, so I love that you shared all of these links. I love seeing other people using chia seeds, definitely my absolute favorite super food. I hydrate the seeds and drink them in water. Such a great boost of fiber and omega 3s!
