Another place you can access a free monthly storytime is through Barnes and Noble, where they do one story a month that is read by the author.
And don't forget to check with your local library to see if they have an online storytime program, we are lucky enough that our library subscribes to Tumblebooks so we can access all of those books for free.
Finally, don't forget about Starfall.com (that I had reviewed previously). They also have a great selection of books that kids can read or have read to them for free.
